TEHRAN – Iranian director Saman Hosseinpur’s short film “Autumn Leaves” has been nominated in three categories at the FESTICINI International Independent Film Festival, which will be held in the city of Sumaré, São Paulo from September 16 to 30.

The film is a nominee in the categories of best director, best original music and best photography, the organizers have announced.

Cinematographer Zanyar Lotfi and musician Sirvan Azizi have collaborated in this project.

“Autumn Leaves” simply narrates the story of a schoolgirl on her way to school.
